Steward Site Engineering provide a comprehensive maintenance service for equipment whether or not it was installed by ourselves.  If required we can arrange a site visit to assess on-site machinery and advise you on it's current state of maintenance and any remedial work required.  A detailed quotation would be provided. On agreement to this we will schedule this work so that there is a minimum of 'down time' to your operations, where necessary work can be undertaken overnight or during weekends.

As with a new installation, a detailed method statement and a risk assessment will be produced.

Once the work has been completed it will then be tested in a non-production environment, on completion of this the equipment will be monitored in production.  On successful completion the work would be signed off by the appropriate customer representative.
