An initial site visit will be undertaken to understand and plan how the installation will be completed. This will take into consideration your production needs and more importantly the health and safety issues that will arise during the project.
On completion of the initial visit we can start to produce a detailed schedule, this will include a sequence for the installation and will identify the number of personnel required to safely undertake each task and the overall job.
A method statement will also be produced, this will detail all of the equipment lifts required and what machinery and personnel are needed to safely execute them. Once the schedule and method statement have been agreed a risk assessment can be produced
The risk assessment places each task from the method statement into a risk category where the risk is high, medium or low. A review will be undertaken to ensure that all realistic measures have been explored and taken into account to keep every risk as low as possible.
